Since 2016, I've been working with clients on startup models and all sorts of financial analysis odd-jobs in Excel and Google sheets. This experience allows me to work quickly and efficiently as well as communicate what needs to be done and what has been done.

When you buy hourly credit hours, you are simply buying my time. There is no guarantee of finished product. A small job may be 1-3 hours and larger jobs can go up to 10-20 hours. I also have long-term clients that may do up to 5 hours per month or every few months.
I work on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. Any fully unused hours are refunded if necessary. I track time on a live client spreadsheet the client always has access to.
Some things I'm really good at include cohort modeling, real estate underwriting, recurring revenue models, manufacturing, and scaling models (adding locations or units over time that perform in a pattern during their lifetime).
