I can't believe I've had the same download process for about 5 years now and never made a tutorial video about how it works from the customers point of view. In this video I walk through how to add things to the cart, relevant discounts, and what happens after the purchase is completed / accessing the file that was purchased.
Basic Steps:
- Go to a product page and hit 'add to cart'.
- You can add multiple templates to the cart as you go to various product pages.
- The more items you add, the bigger the discounts.
- Pay with PayPal or credit/debit card.
- Once you hit 'pay' you are redirected to the download page.
- You have 5 attempts or 120 hours to download the file before the link expires.
- You also get an email with the download link along with a purchase receipt.
Note:
- If you lose the file over time, I can refresh the download link for you and it will go to your original purchasing email.
- If you are purchasing a template bundle, it will come in a zip folder that you simply download and unzip in order to access all the models that are included in a given bundle page.
- Some of the smaller bundles just have a download page that lists each file separately.
- Bundles do count in the bulk discount logic as 'items'.
