There are no refunds, but I do offer an exchange program. Any customer that bought a template can exchange that template for 1 free Spreadsheet of equivalent value no questions asked.
It's basically but 1 get 1 free because it is all IP downloaded to your computer so there is no actual exchange happening.
You could buy 5 and get 5 free or buy 2, get 2 free as long as the value is equivalent.
This does not apply to bundles.
