Risk Assessment Excel Template

I have been super busy and was unable to build a financial model here for the past two weeks. However, to get back into the swing of things today I developed a risk assessment excel template. It's not the most complex piece of work, but still would provide a good way for managers/executives to quickly see where their opportunities are and how risky they are.

Pricing
Once payment received, you will be sent the spreadsheet.

There are a ton of different ways you can use this template. The basic structures allows you to put various opportunities/planned projects into risk buckets from level 1 to 10. You then tally up the total cost of all the risk buckets to get an aggregative figure per each 1 to 10 risk level.

The dashboard will then summarize all your opportunities/projects in terms of quantity, risk bucket, and value. Also, there is a detailed summary chart to visually display the data in a more granular way.

There is a lot of modifications/additions that could be added per your needs, but the template at least gives you a starting point and something to play around with in your tracking/organization tool box.

The way I would expand this if you wanted further work would be to have database type information with various fields/details attached to each opportunity you are looking into and then based on that data, the count/risk levels would populate automatically.
